Cyfnod para cynlluniau deng mlynedd
4.—(1) Mae cynllun awdurdod lleol yn cael effaith am y cyfnod sy’n dechrau ar 1 Medi 2021 ac sy’n dod i ben ar 31 Awst 2031 (“y cynllun deng mlynedd cyntaf”).
(2) Mae pob cynllun deng mlynedd dilynol yn cael effaith am y cyfnod o ddeng mlynedd sy’n dechrau ar 1 Medi yn y flwyddyn pan fydd y cynllun deng mlynedd blaenorol yn dod i ben.
(3) Mae paragraffau (1) a (2) yn ddarostyngedig i reoliadau 6 (cynlluniau deng mlynedd nad ydynt wedi eu cymeradwyo erbyn 1 Medi) ac 8 (diwygio cynlluniau).
