Regulation 3
1.—(1) A target outlining the expected increase of Year 1 children taught through the medium of Welsh in the local authority's area during the lifespan of the plan.E+W
(2) In calculating the target, local authorities must have regard to guidance issued by the Welsh Ministers under section 87(4) of the 2013 Act.
