Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir iddynt gan adrannau 15, 80, 82A, 83, 84, 86, 88, 104, 107, 110, 115, 116, 118, 203(9) a (10) a 205 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006(1), yn gwneud y Rheoliadau a ganlyn.
Mae drafft o’r Rheoliadau hyn wedi ei gymeradwyo drwy benderfyniad gan Senedd Cymru yn unol ag adran 203(6A) o’r Ddeddf honno.
