1. Mae unrhyw ddarpariaethau oʼr canlynol syʼn effeithio ar hawliau a rhwymedigaethau contractwyr cyfarpar GIG syʼn darparu gwasanaethau fferyllol yn ffurfio rhan oʼr telerau gwasanaeth—
(a)y Rheoliadau,
(b)y Tariff Cyffuriau iʼr graddau y maeʼn rhestru cyfarpar at ddibenion adran 80 o Ddeddf 2006 (trefniadau ar gyfer gwasanaethau fferyllol),
(c)cymaint o Ran 2 o Reoliadauʼr Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Pwyllgorau Gwasanaethau a’r Tribiwnlys) 1992 ag syʼn ymwneud â’r canlynol—
(i)ymchwiliadau a wneir gan y pwyllgor disgyblu fferyllol aʼr cyd-bwyllgor disgyblu a chamau gweithredu y caiff y Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol eu cymryd o ganlyniad i ymchwiliadau oʼr fath, a
(ii)apelau i Weinidogion Cymru yn erbyn penderfyniadauʼr Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol, a
(d)cymaint o reoliad 29 o Reoliadau Cynghorau Iechyd Cymuned (Cyfansoddiad, Aelodaeth a Gweithdrefnau) (Cymru) 2010(1) (mynd i mewn i fangreoedd aʼu harchwilio) ag syʼn ymwneud â mynd i mewn i fangreoedd, y maeʼr contractwr cyfarpar GIG naill aiʼn berchen arnynt neuʼn eu rheoli neuʼn darparu gwasanaethau fferyllol ynddynt, ac archwilio’r mangreoedd hynny.
