19.—(1) Ni chaiff contractwr cyfarpar GIG nac unrhyw berson sydd wedi ei gyflogi neu wedi ei gymryd ymlaen gan gontractwr cyfarpar GIG, roi, addo na chynnig, i unrhyw berson, unrhyw rodd neu wobr (boed ar ffurf cyfran o elwʼr busnes, neu ddifidend ar yr elw hwnnw, neu ar ffurf disgownt neu ad-daliad, neu fel arall) fel cymhelliad iʼr person sy’n cyflwyno archeb am gyfarpar ar ffurflen bresgripsiwn neu bresgripsiwn amlroddadwy, neu’n gydnabyddiaeth am hynny.
(2) Nid yw addo, cynnig neu ddarparu gwasanaeth danfon i gartrefi yn “rhodd neu wobr” at ddibenion is-baragraff (1).
(3) Ni chaiff contractwr cyfarpar GIG, nac unrhyw berson sydd wedi ei gyflogi neu wedi ei gymryd ymlaen gan gontractwr cyfarpar GIG, dderbyn na chael unrhyw rodd neu wobr mewn cysylltiad, yn unig, âʼr canlynol—
(a)darparu manylion cyswllt fferyllwyr GIG neu gontractwyr cyfarpar GIG eraill yn unol â pharagraff 10(2)(b), 11(4) neu 12(1)(b), neu
(b)atgyfeirio ffurflen bresgripsiwn neu bresgripsiwn amlroddadwy at gontractwr cyfarpar GIG neu fferyllydd GIG arall yn unol â pharagraff 10(2)(a) neu 12(1)(a) heb ddarparu unrhyw wasanaeth ychwanegol mewn cysylltiad âʼr eitem ar y presgripsiwn hwnnw.
