1.—(1) Enw’r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Cyd-bwyllgor Corfforedig y Gogledd (Cymru) 2021.
(2) Daw’r Rheoliadau hyn, ac eithrio’r darpariaethau a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (3), i rym ar 1 Ebrill 2021.
(3) Daw’r darpariaethau a ganlyn o’r Rheoliadau hyn i rym ar 30 Mehefin 2022—
(a)rheoliad 11;
(b)rheoliad 12;
(c)rheoliad 13;
(d)rheoliad 15 i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud â swyddogaethau a roddir i Cyd-bwyllgor Corfforedig y Gogledd gan reoliad 11, 12 neu 13.
