The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 70(4), 74, 75, 76(3), 77, 91(6) and 92(2) of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018(1) and section 207(4) of, and paragraphs 6(1), (2) to (5) and (7) and 6A of Schedule 17 to, the Equality Act 2010(2).
In accordance with section 98(3) of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018 and section 209(6) of the Equality Act 2010, a draft of these Regulations was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, Senedd Cymru(3).

2010 c. 15; see section 212(1) for the definition of “prescribed”. Paragraph 19 of Schedule 1 to the 2018 Act amended the 2010 Act including substituting paragraph 6A of Schedule 17.
The references in section 98(3) of the 2018 Act and section 209(6) of the 2010 Act to the National Assembly for Wales are now to be read as references to Senedd Cymru by virtue of section 150A(2) of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (c. 32).
