Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Addysg (Ffioedd a Dyfarniadau) (Cymru) 2007
26. Yn yr Atodlen, ar ôl paragraff 10 mewnosoder—
“10A. Person sydd â hawliau gwarchodedig—
(a)sy’n wladolyn o’r UE ar ddiwrnod cyntaf blwyddyn academaidd gyntaf y cwrs;
(b)sy’n preswylio fel arfer yn y Deyrnas Unedig ar ddiwrnod cyntaf blwyddyn academaidd gyntaf y cwrs;
(c)sydd wedi bod yn preswylio fel arfer yn y Deyrnas Unedig a’r Ynysoedd drwy gydol y cyfnod o dair blynedd yn union cyn diwrnod cyntaf blwyddyn academaidd gyntaf y cwrs; ac
(ch)mewn achos pan oedd preswyliad arferol y person y cyfeirir ato yn is-baragraff (c) yn llwyr neu’n bennaf at ddiben cael addysg lawnamser, a oedd yn preswylio fel arfer yn y diriogaeth a ffurfir gan y Deyrnas Unedig, yr Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd, y Swistir a’r tiriogaethau tramor yn union cyn y cyfnod o breswyliad arferol y cyfeirir ato yn is-baragraff (c).”
