4.—(1) Rhaid i feddiannydd daliad sicrhau, yn ystod [F1unrhyw flwyddyn sy’n dechrau ar 1 Ionawr], na fydd cyfanswm y nitrogen mewn tail da byw a ddodir ar y daliad, boed yn uniongyrchol gan anifail neu drwy daenu, yn fwy na 170 kg wedi ei luosi ag arwynebedd y daliad mewn hectarau.
(2) Rhaid cyfrifo maint y nitrogen a gynhyrchir gan dda byw yn unol ag Atodlen 1.
(3) Wrth gyfrifo arwynebedd y daliad at ddibenion canfod maint y nitrogen y caniateir ei daenu ar y daliad, diystyrir dyfroedd wyneb, unrhyw loriau caled, adeiladau, ffyrdd neu unrhyw goetir, oni ddefnyddir y coetir hwnnw ar gyfer pori.
