Mae Gweinidogion Cymru yn gwneud y Rheoliadau a ganlyn drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan baragraff 11A(1) o Atodlen 2 i Reoliadau’r Fasnach mewn Anifeiliaid a Chynhyrchion Perthynol (Cymru) 2011(1).
Enwi a chychwyn
1.—(1) Enw’r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Paratoadau Cig (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2022.
(2) Daw’r Rheoliadau hyn i rym ar 29 Mehefin 2022.

2. Yn rheoliad 3(1) (addasiadau darfodol i Benderfyniad y Comisiwn 2000/572/EC) o Reoliadau Paratoadau Cig (Diwygio ac Addasiadau Darfodol) (Cymru) (Ymadael â’r UE) 2021(2), yn lle “30 Mehefin” rhodder “31 Rhagfyr”.

Mae’r Rheoliadau hyn wedi eu gwneud drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan baragraff 11A(1) o Atodlen 2 i Reoliadau’r Fasnach mewn Anifeiliaid a Chynhyrchion Perthynol (Cymru) 2011 (O.S. 2011/2379) (Cy. 252).
Mae rheoliad 2 yn diwygio Rheoliadau Paratoadau Cig (Diwygio ac Addasiadau Darfodol) (Cymru) (Ymadael â’r UE) 2021 (O.S. 2021/1 (Cy. 1)) er mwyn estyn yr ataliad dros dro ar y gofyniad i baratoadau cig fod wedi eu rhewi’n ddwfn pan fônt yn cael eu mewnforio i Gymru o Aelod-wladwriaethau’r AEE, Ynysoedd Ffaro, yr Ynys Las neu’r Swistir, gan gysoni â’r dyddiad a benodwyd fel dyddiad dod i ben estynedig y “cyfnod graddoli trosiannol”, a ddiffinnir yn Atodiad 6 i Reoliad (EU) 2017/625 (EUR 2017/625). Mae’r estyniad hwn hyd 31 Rhagfyr 2022.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r Rheoliadau hyn. O ganlyniad, ystyriwyd nad oedd yn angenrheidiol cynnal asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol o’r costau a’r manteision sy’n debygol o ddeillio o gydymffurfio â’r Rheoliadau hyn.
