Rheoliadau Addysg (Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig) (Cymru) 2002
6.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig) (Cymru) 2002(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2) Yn rheoliad 2, yn y lle priodol mewnosoder—
“ystyr “Deddf 2021” (“the 2021 Act”) yw Deddf Cwricwlwm ac Asesu (Cymru) 2021;”.
(3) Ym mharagraff (5) o reoliadau 20 ac 21, yn lle is-baragraff (c) rhodder—
“(c)os ysgol gymunedol, ysgol sefydledig, ysgol wirfoddol, ysgol arbennig gymunedol neu ysgol arbennig sefydledig heblaw ysgol arbennig sydd wedi’i sefydlu mewn ysbyty yw’r ysgol, sut y cymhwysir darpariaethau—
(i)y Cwricwlwm Cenedlaethol ar gyfer y plentyn, a’r cynnydd sydd wedi’i wneud mewn perthynas â’r darpariaethau hynny gan y plentyn ers i’r datganiad gael ei wneud neu ei adolygu ddiwethaf o dan adran 328; neu
(ii)y cwricwlwm a fabwysiedir neu a ddarperir fel arall ar gyfer y plentyn o dan Ddeddf 2021 a’r cynnydd sydd wedi’i wneud mewn perthynas â’r darpariaethau hynny gan y plentyn fel y’i haseswyd o dan drefniadau a wnaed mewn rheoliadau o dan adran 56 o Ddeddf 2021 ers i’r datganiad gael ei wneud neu ei adolygu ddiwethaf o dan adran 328;”.
