| 9 | Rhaid dehongli’r safonau a bennir yn Rhannau 1 a 2 fel a ganlyn. |
| 10 | At ddibenion safon 70, ystyr “blwyddyn ariannol” yw blwyddyn ariannol y corff ei hun. |
| 11 | At ddibenion y safonau, nid yw gofyniad i lunio neu gyhoeddi unrhyw ddeunydd ysgrifenedig yn Gymraeg yn golygu y dylid llunio neu gyhoeddi’r deunydd hwnnw yn Gymraeg yn unig, ac nid yw’n golygu ychwaith y dylid llunio’r deunydd yn Gymraeg yn gyntaf (oni bai bod hynny’n cael ei ddatgan yn benodol yn y safon). |
