Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan adran 146(4)(b) o Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014(1) (“Deddf 2014”), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn.

Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, fel sy’n ofynnol gan adran 146(1) o Ddeddf 2014, wedi ymgynghori ag unrhyw bersonau sy’n briodol yn eu barn hwy ynghylch drafft o’r Cod Ymarfer diwygiedig ar Rôl y Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol (Swyddogaethau Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol).

Yn unol ag adran 146(2) o Ddeddf 2014, gosodwyd drafft o’r Cod Ymarfer diwygiedig ar Rôl y Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol (Swyddogaethau Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol) gerbron Senedd Cymru(2) ar 14 Rhagfyr 2023.

Yn unol ag adran 146(3) o Ddeddf 2014, o fewn cyfnod o 40 niwrnod, ni phenderfynodd Senedd Cymru beidio â chymeradwyo’r Cod Ymarfer diwygiedig drafft ar Rôl y Cyfarwyddwr Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol (Swyddogaethau Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol), a dyroddwyd y Cod diwygiedig ar ffurf y drafft.
