1. The following information is to be registered about each owner who is an individual:—U.K.
(a)surname, forename and title,
(b)address,
(c)nationality,
(d)number of shares owned by him, and if held jointly, with whom the shares are held,
(e)the name of the managing owner.

2. The following information is to be registered about each owner which is a body corporate:—U.K.
(a)name of owner,
(b)the address of its registered office,
(c)country of incorporation,
