4.—(1) Mae cymhwyster a nodir yn is-baragraff (2) yn gymhwyster gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid at ddibenion y categori gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid yn Nhabl 1 ym mharagraff 1 o Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf 2014 os cafodd ei ddyfarnu gan gorff a gydnabyddir gan Ofqual o dan adran 132 o Ddeddf 2009 mewn cysylltiad â dyfarnu’r cymhwyster hwnnw.
(2) Y cymwysterau yw—
(a)tystysgrif Lefel 2 mewn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc;
(b)dyfarniad Lefel 2 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(c)tystysgrif Lefel 2 mewn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc;
(d)tystysgrif Lefel 2 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(e)dyfarniad Lefel 3 mewn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc hyglwyf;
(f)dyfarniad Lefel 3 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(g)tystysgrif Lefel 3 mewn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc hyglwyf;
(h)diploma Lefel 3 mewn ymarfer gwaith ieuenctid;
(i)dyfarniad Lefel 4 mewn gweithio gyda phobl ifanc hyglwyf.
