Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi eu bodloni y gellir defnyddio’r lleoedd tân a esemptir gan y Gorchymyn hwn i losgi tanwydd nad yw’n danwydd awdurdodedig heb gynhyrchu unrhyw fwg neu faint sylweddol o fwg.

Mae’r swyddogaeth honno yn arferadwy bellach gan Weinidogion Cymru yn rhinwedd adran 162 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 (p. 32) a pharagraff 30 o Atodlen 11 iddi.
