14. Yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 3 (tramgwyddau a bennir at ddibenion rheoliad 23(3)(b))—
(a)yn y pennawd, yn lle “Rheoliad 23(3)(b)” rhodder “Rheoliad 25(3)(b)”,
(b)yn lle paragraffau 2 a 3 (tramgwyddau yn yr Alban) rhodder—
“2. Tramgwydd o dan adran 1 (treisio) ac adran 18 (treisio plentyn ifanc) o Ddeddf Tramgwyddau Rhywiol (Yr Alban) 2009(1).
3. Tramgwydd a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Gweithdrefn Droseddol (Yr Alban) 1995(2), ac eithrio mewn achos pan oedd y tramgwyddwr o dan 20 oed ar adeg cyflawniʼr tramgwydd.”,
(c)yn lle paragraffau 7 ac 8 (tramgwyddau yng Ngogledd Iwerddon) rhodder—
“7. Tramgwydd o dan Erthygl 5 (treisio) ac Erthygl 12 (treisio plentyn o dan 13 oed) o Orchymyn Tramgwyddau Rhywiol (Gogledd Iwerddon) 2008(3).
8. Tramgwydd a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i Ddeddf Plant a Phobl Ifanc (Gogledd Iwerddon) 1968(4), ac eithrio yn yr achos pan oedd y tramgwyddwr o dan 20 oed ar adeg cyflawniʼr tramgwydd.”, a
