Diwygioʼr Prif Reoliadau
7. Ar ôl rheoliad 19 mewnosoder—
“Atgyfeirio at Gofrestr Fabwysiadu Cymru - plant
19A.—(1) Pan fo asiantaeth fabwysiadu—
(a)wedi’i hawdurdodi i leoli plentyn ar gyfer ei fabwysiadu, a
(b)heb nodi darpar fabwysiadwyr penodol y maeʼn ystyried lleoliʼr plentyn ar gyfer ei fabwysiadu gyda hwy,
rhaid iʼr asiantaeth ddarparu manylion am y plentyn i’r sefydliad syʼn cynnal Cofrestr Fabwysiadu Cymru iʼw cofnodi yn y gofrestr cyn gynted â phosibl a dim hwyrach nag un mis ar ôl y dyddiad yr awdurdodwyd yr asiantaeth i leoli’r plentyn ar gyfer ei fabwysiadu.
(2) Pan fo asiantaeth fabwysiadu yn dod yn ymwybodol o unrhyw newidiadau iʼr manylion am y plentyn, rhaid iʼr asiantaeth hysbysuʼr(1) sefydliad syʼn cynnal y gofrestr oʼr newidiadau hynny cyn gynted ag y boʼn rhesymol ymarferol.
(3) Ym mharagraff (1), ystyr “wedi’i hawdurdodi i leoli plentyn ar gyfer ei fabwysiadu” yw naill ai—
(a)wedi’i hawdurdodi i leoli plentyn ar gyfer ei fabwysiadu yn unol â chydsyniad rhiant o dan adran 19 o’r Ddeddf, neu
(b)wedi’i hawdurdodi i leoli plentyn ar gyfer ei fabwysiadu yn unol â gorchymyn lleoliad a wneir yn unol ag adran 21(1) o’r Ddeddf.”

Ystyr “hysbysu”, a ddiffinnir yn rheoliad 2 o’r Prif Reoliadau, yw hysbysu yn ysgrifenedig.
