2. Paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 2 of the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (City of Glasgow) Designation Order 1999(1) shall be omitted and there shall be substituted:
“In subsection (2)–
(a)the words “For the purposes of this Part of this Act”; and
(b)paragraphs (a)(i), (b) and (c) shall be omitted.”
