2. Part 8 (financial administration) of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 M1 applies as if—
(a)the Authority were a relevant authority for the purposes of that Part; and
(b)references to “the commencement day” were references to 1st April 2010.
Marginal Citations
M11988 c. 41. Section 111(1) and (2) defines “a relevant authority” for the purposes of Part 8 of the Act. Section 111(4) defines “the commencement day”.
