3. In Schedule 4 to the Act (Relevant tribunals for the purposes of section 5(7))—
(a)omit “Persons hearing consumer credit licensing appeals appointed under regulation 24 of the Consumer Credit Licensing (Appeals) Regulations 1998.”(1);
(b)for “Valuation tribunals continued in existence under regulation 3 of the Valuation and Community Charge Tribunals Regulations 1989”(2) substitute “The Valuation Tribunal for England established under Schedule 11 to the Local Government Finance Act 1988”(3).
1988 c. 41. Schedule 11 was amended by the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (c.28), section 219(1) and Schedule 15, paragraphs 1 and 2.
