The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 5 of the Court of Session Act 1988(1), section 28A(3) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985(2), sections 15D(2)(a) and 15L(2)(a) of the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987(3), sections 9C(2)(a), 9F(3)(a)(i), 9L(5)(a), 9M(3)(a) and 9N(2)(a) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 2002(4) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

1988 c. 36; section 5 was amended by the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act 1988 c. 32, section 2(3), by the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 c. 36, Schedule 4, paragraph 45, and by the Vulnerable Witnesses (Scotland) Act 2004, section 14(1).

1985 c. 66. Section 28A was inserted by the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 3), section 12.

1987 c. 18; sections 15D and 15L were inserted by the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 3), section 169.
