1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (Immunities and Privileges) (Scotland) Order 2021.
(2) This Order comes into force on—
(a)the day after the day on which it is made, or
(b)if later, the day after the day on which the Host Country Agreement(1) between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the UNFCCC secretariat enters into force for the United Kingdom.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
(4) This Order applies only to the extent that the privileges and immunities conferred by it are not conferred by any other enactment.
