Title and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 19th June 1992.
Amendment of principal Order
2.—(1) The Milk Quota (Calculation of Standard Quota) Order 1986(1) is hereby amended in accordance with the following provisions of this article.
(2) For article 2 there shall be substituted the following article:
“2. In this Order, the expressions “disadvantaged land” and “severely disadvantaged land” have the same meaning as in the Hill Livestock (Compensatory Allowances) Regulations 1992(2).”.
(3) For the Schedule there shall be substituted the provisions contained in the Schedule to this Order.
In witness whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food is hereunto affixed on 22nd May 1992.
