SCHEDULE 1 SCHEDULED WORKS

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORISED

In the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral—

• Work No.1—

  A tramway forming a single line of rails (715 metres in length) commencing at the Woodside Ferry Terminal Exhibition Square and proceeding in a north westerly direction along Woodside Ferry approach, Hamilton Street and Shore Road, terminating 40 metres east of the southern end of “E” Bridge.

• Work No.1A—

  A curved tramway forming a single line of rails 62 metres in length commencing at a junction (points) with Work No.1, 290 metres from the commencement of Work No.1 and terminating at the Pacific Road Tramsheds.

• Work No.1B—

  A curved tramway forming a single line of rails 65 metres in length commencing at a junction (points) with Work No.1, 370 metres from the commencement of Work No.1 and terminating at the Pacific Road Tramsheds.

SCHEDULE 2 TRAMWAY CROSSINGS IN STREETS

In the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral—

• The southern access road to Woodside Business Park Access (Private) adjacent to Shore Road.

• The northern access road to Woodside Business Park Access (Private) adjacent to Shore Road.

• Two road crossings in Pacific Road adjacent to Shore Road.
