1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Television Licence Fees)(Amendment) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.
(2) In these Regulations “the 1991 Regulations” means the Wireless Telegraphy (Television Licence Fees) Regulations 1991(1).
(3) Except as provided in regulation 2(2) and (3) below, these Regulations extend to the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
2.—(1) The 1991 Regulations shall be further amended as follows:
(a)in Schedule 2—
(i)for “£27.50” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£28”;
(ii)for “£83” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£84.50”;
(b)in entry 1 in Schedule 3—
(i)for “£41.50” there shall be substituted “£42.26”;
(ii)for “£20.75” there shall be substituted “£21.12”; and
(c)in entry 2 in Schedule 3—
(i)for “£22” in the first place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£22.39”;
(ii)for “£22” in the second place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£22.37”(2).
(2) The 1991 Regulations as they have effect in the United Kingdom shall be further amended by substituting for entry 3 in Schedule 3(3) the entry set out in the Schedule to this Order.
(3) The 1991 Regulations as they have effect in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Isle of Man shall be further amended by adding to Schedule 3 the entry set out in the Schedule to this Order.
