Regulation 2(2) and (3)

“3. | Budget instalment television licence (including colour) | A licence to install and use black and white or colour television receivers at the single place specified in the licence or (as the case may be) in the single vehicle or vessel so specified. | An issue fee of £49.30 and thereafter five instalments of £7.04; or an issue fee of £48.70 and thereafter five instalments of £7.16; or an issue fee of £46.10 and thereafter five instalments of £7.68; or an issue fee of £45.55 and thereafter five instalments of £7.79; or an issue fee of £42.25 and thereafter five instalments of £8.45; or an issue fee of £41.75 and thereafter five instalments of £8.55; or an issue fee of £37.60 and thereafter five instalments of £9.38; or an issue fee of £37.15 and thereafter five instalments of £9.47; or an issue fee of £31.70 and thereafter five instalments of £10.56; or an issue fee of £31.40 and thereafter five instalments of £10.62; or an issue fee of £24.15 and thereafter five instalments of £12.07; or an issue fee of £24.00 and thereafter five instalments of £12.10; or an issue fee of £14.10 and thereafter five instalments of £14.08. In each case the first instalment shall be payable within the period of one month beginning immediately after the issue of the licence and the second, third, fourth and fifth within the periods of two, three, four and five months respectively beginning immediately after that issue.” |
