1. This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Disciplinary Committee) (Procedure and Evidence ) Rules Order of Council 2004 and shall come into force on 1st June 2004.
2. The Rules set out in the Schedule are approved.
3. The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Disciplinary Committee) (Procedure and Evidence) Rules Order of Council 1967(1) is hereby revoked.
