The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 42(3B) and (3C) of, and paragraph 2(1B) and (1C) of Schedule 8 to, the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011(1), makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 42(3D) of, and paragraph 2(1D) of Schedule 8 to, that Act, the matters designated in these Regulations have been recommended to the Secretary of State by the College of Policing.
2011 c. 13. section 42(3A) to (3E) and paragraphs 2(1A) to (1E) of Schedule 8 were inserted by s140 of the Anti Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (c. 12).
