4. Ni chaiff athro neu athrawes â gofal arfer y pŵer o dan adran 52(2) o Ddeddf 2002 er mwyn gwahardd disgybl o'r uned cyfeirio disgyblion am gyfnod neu gyfnodau penodedig, os bydd hynny'n golygu y byddai'r plentyn yn cael ei wahardd am fwy na 45 diwrnod ysgol mewn unrhyw flwyddyn ysgol unigol.
