1.  Daw'r briffordd newydd y mae'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol yn bwriadu ei adeiladu ar hyd y llwybr a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 1 i'r Gorchymyn hwn yn gefnffordd o'r dyddiad y daw'r gorchymyn hwn i rym.

2.  Dangosir llinell ganol y gefnffordd newydd â llinell ddu drom ar y plan a adneuwyd.

3.  Bydd y darn o'r gefnffordd a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i'r Gorchymyn hwn ac a ddangosir â llinellau rhesog bras ar y plan a adneuwyd yn peidio â bod yn gefnffordd a chaiff ei dosbarthu fel ffordd annosbarthedig o'r dyddiad y bydd Llywodraeth Cynulliad Cymru'n hysbysu Cyngor Gwynedd fod y gefnffordd newydd ar agor i draffig drwodd.

4.  Yn y Gorchymyn hwn:—

(a)mae pob mesur o bellter wedi'i fesur ar hyd llwybr y briffordd berthnasol;

(b)ystyr “y gefnffordd” (“the trunk road”) yw Cefnffordd Caerdydd i Lan Conwy (A470).

  • ystyr “y gefnffordd newydd” (“the new trunk road”) yw'r briffordd a grybwyllir yn Erthygl 1 o'r Gorchymyn hwn;

  • ystyr “y plan a adneuwyd” (“the deposited plan”) yw'r plan a rifwyd HA10/2 NAFW 6 wedi'i farcio “Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Caerdydd i Lan Conwy (A470) (Gwelliant Blaenau Ffestiniog i Gancoed) 2005” ei lofnodi ar ran y Gweinidog dros Ddatblygu Economaidd a Thrafnidiaeth a'i adneuo yn Ystorfa Cofnodion ac Uned Ailafael Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, Pwynt Neptune, Ocean Way, Caerdydd;

5.  Daw'r Gorchymyn hwn i rym ar 1 Medi 2005 a'i enw yw Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Caerdydd i Lan Conwy (A470) (Gwelliant Blaenau Ffestiniog i Gancoed) 2005.
