58.—(1) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol, awdurdod lleol neu'r Asiantaeth, os gofynnir yn ysgrifenedig iddo neu iddi wneud hynny, ddarparu ar gyfer unrhyw berson sy'n rhoi cynhyrchion gerbron yn unol â rheoliad 18, neu ar gyfer unrhyw gorff sy'n cynrychioli personau o'r fath, fanylion y cyfrifiadau y mae'n eu defnyddio i benderfynu ffioedd am wiriadau milfeddygol a rhaid iddynt gymryd i ystyriaeth unrhyw sylwadau a gyflwynwyd gan berson neu gorff o'r fath wrth benderfynu ffioedd o'r fath.
(2) Os gofynnir iddo'n ysgrifenedig wneud hynny gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol neu'r Asiantaeth, rhaid i awdurdod lleol ddarparu ar gyfer y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol neu'r Asiantaeth, yn ôl y digwydd, yr wybodaeth y gallai fod ei hangen arno neu arni mewn cysylltiad â chyfrifo'r ffioedd am wiriadau milfeddygol, ynghyd â chopïau o unrhyw sylwadau ysgrifenedig a wnaed gan bersonau neu gyrff y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (1).
