Addysg gorfforol
13.—(1) Daw darpariaethau'r Gorchymyn hwn i'r graddau y maent yn ymwneud â'r ddogfen addysg gorfforol i rym ar—
(a)1 Awst 2008 o ran disgyblion yn nhair blynedd gyntaf yr ail gyfnod allweddol ac yn nwy flynedd gyntaf y trydydd cyfnod allweddol;
(b)1 Awst 2009 o ran disgyblion ym mhedwaredd flwyddyn yr ail gyfnod allweddol, yn nhrydedd flwyddyn y trydydd cyfnod allweddol ac ym mlwyddyn gyntaf y pedwerydd cyfnod allweddol; ac
(c)1 Awst 2010 o ran disgyblion yn ail flwyddyn y pedwerydd cyfnod allweddol.
(2) Y darpariaethau ynghylch y targed cyrhaeddiad a rhaglenni astudio a osodir yn y ddogfen addysg gorfforol yn cael effaith at ddibenion pennu'r targed cyrhaeddiad a rhaglenni astudio o ran addysg gorfforol.
(3) Nid yw'r enghreifftiau a argreffir mewn llythrennau italig yn y ddogfen addysg gorfforol (sy'n egluro'r rhaglenni astudio a ddisgrifir ynddi) yn ffurfio rhan o'r ddarpariaeth a wneir gan y Gorchymyn hwn.
