Canfod adferiad cydategol ac adferiad cydadferol
7.—(1) Os yw'n bosibl, rhaid i fesurau adfer cydategol a rhai cydadferol ddarparu adnoddau neu wasanaethau naturiol o'r un math, ansawdd a nifer â'r rhai a ddifrodwyd.
(2) Pan na fo hynny'n bosibl, rhaid darparu adnoddau neu wasanaethau naturiol tebyg ond gwahanol (er enghraifft, drwy wrthbwyso lleihad yn ansawdd adnoddau neu wasanaethau naturiol drwy gynyddu'r nifer ohonynt).
(3) Pan na fo hynny'n bosibl, caniateir i adnoddau neu wasanaethau naturiol gwahanol gael eu darparu, a rhaid i brisiad ariannol y mesurau adfer fod yr un fath â phrisiad ariannol yr adnoddau neu'r gwasanaethau naturiol a gollwyd.
(4) Os yw'n ymarferol prisio'r adnoddau neu'r gwasanaethau naturiol a gollwyd, ond nad oes modd prisio'r mesurau adfer o fewn cyfnod amser rhesymol neu am bris rhesymol, yna caniateir darparu mesurau adfer y mae eu cost (yn lle eu prisiad ariannol) yn gyfwerth â'r adnoddau neu'r gwasanaethau naturiol a gollwyd.
(5) Yn achos adferiad cydategol ar safle newydd, pan fo'n bosibl ac yn briodol, dylai'r safle hwn fod yn ddaearyddol gysylltiedig â'r safle a ddifrodwyd.
