Mangreoedd a chyfleusterau eraill
37.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru, o 1 Ebrill 2010 ymlaen ac ar ôl ymgynghori â'r Bwrdd CIC—
(a)parhau i ddarparu i'r Bwrdd CIC pa bynnag swyddfa a mannau eraill ag sy'n angenrheidiol ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru i alluogi'r Bwrdd CIC i gyflawni ei swyddogaethau; a
(b)parhau i sicrhau y gwneir trefniadau ar gyfer pa bynnag wasanaethau gweinyddu, cynnal a chadw, glanhau a gwasanaethau eraill a allai yn eu barn hwy fod yn angenrheidiol ar gyfer y cyfryw fannau.
(2) Er mwyn galluogi'r Bwrdd CIC i gyflawni ei swyddogaethau caiff Gweinidogion Cymru roi ar gael i'r Bwrdd CIC pa bynnag gyfleusterau (gan gynnwys defnyddio unrhyw fangre a defnyddio unrhyw gerbyd, offer neu gyfarpar) a ddarperir ganddynt ar gyfer unrhyw wasanaeth o dan y Ddeddf, fel y bo'n angenrheidiol ym marn Gweinidogion Cymru.
(3) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru gyfarwyddo Bwrdd neu Fyrddau Iechyd Lleol i arfer unrhyw un neu'r cyfan o'u swyddogaethau o dan y rheoliad hwn, a/neu cânt ei gwneud yn ofynnol i Fwrdd neu Fyrddau Iechyd Lleol beri bod gwasanaethau pa bynnag o'u cyflogeion ar gael i'r Bwrdd CIC, fel y bo Gweinidogion Cymru yn cyfarwyddo.
