Trafodion
38.—(1) Ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2010 penderfynir ar gyfansoddiad a rheolau sefydlog y Bwrdd CIC gan Weinidogion Cymru a dim ond os cymeradwyir hynny gan Weinidogion Cymru y caniateir eu newid neu eu dirymu.
(2) Caiff y Bwrdd CIC benodi pwyllgorau ac is-bwyllgorau, a chaiff y pwyllgorau ac is-bwyllgorau hynny gynnwys personau nad ydynt yn aelodau o'r Bwrdd CIC.
(3) Bydd hawl gan gynrychiolydd Gweinidogion Cymru a chynrychiolydd y Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol neu'r Ymddiriedolaeth GIG yng Nghymru a gyfarwyddir yn unol â rheoliad 36(2), i fod yn bresennol ac i gymryd rhan mewn unrhyw drafodaethau yng nghyfarfodydd y Bwrdd CIC (ond nid yn y penderfyniadau).
