Llunio ac ymgynghori
9. Y personau rhagnodedig at ddibenion adran 84(4)(f) o Ddeddf 2013 (personau y mae rhaid i awdurdod lleol ymgynghori â hwy wrth lunio cynllun deng mlynedd neu gynllun diwygiedig(1)) yw—
(a)Comisiynydd y Gymraeg (o fewn ystyr adran 2 o Fesur y Gymraeg (Cymru) 2011(2));
(b)Partneriaeth Datblygu’r Blynyddoedd Cynnar a Gofal Plant (o fewn ystyr “Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership” yn adran 119 o Ddeddf 1998);
(c)Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru;
(d)darparwyr hyfforddiant cychwynnol athrawon ysgol;
(e)unrhyw sefydliadau sy’n darparu gwasanaethau i blant a phobl ifanc y mae’r awdurdod lleol yn ystyried eu bod yn briodol; ac
(f)unrhyw bersonau neu gyrff eraill yr ymddengys i’r awdurdod lleol eu bod yn briodol.
