Cofnodion, edrych ar gofnod a hysbysiad am newidiadau
10. Un o amodau talu unrhyw grant a gwneud benthyciadau yw bod rhaid i’r person y gwneir y taliad iddo—
(a)gwneud cofnod o’r holl daliadau grant neu fenthyciad a wneir a’r holl wariant y gwneir taliadau o’r fath yn ei gylch,
(b)cadw unrhyw gofnod y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (a) am chwe blynedd o leiaf ar ôl y dyddiad y gwnaed y taliad olaf,
(c)yn dilyn hysbysiad rhesymol gan Weinidogion Cymru, sicrhau bod unrhyw gofnod y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (a) ar gael i edrych arno, a
(d)hysbysu Gweinidogion Cymru cyn gynted ag y bo’n rhesymol ymarferol am unrhyw newid sylweddol mewn amgylchiadau sy’n berthnasol i dalu’r grant neu’r benthyciad.
