Gorfodi

14.—(1) Mae gan swyddog gorfodi morol swyddogaeth orfodi mewn perthynas ag unrhyw drosedd neu drosedd a amheuir (er enghraifft, trosedd o dwyll o dan Ddeddf Twyll 2006(1)) gan unrhyw berson mewn perthynas â chais am grant neu fenthyciad a wneir o dan y Cynllun hwn.

(2) Mae adran 238 (gorfodi’r ddeddfwriaeth pysgodfeydd) o Ddeddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009(2) yn gymwys mewn perthynas â’r swyddogaeth a roddir gan baragraff (1) fel y mae’n gymwys mewn perthynas â gorfodi’r ddeddfwriaeth pysgodfeydd.

(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn—

mae i “y ddeddfwriaeth pysgodfeydd” yr un ystyr ag a roddir i “the fisheries legislation” yn adran 238(2) o Ddeddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009;

mae i “swyddog gorfodi morol” yr un ystyr ag a roddir i “marine enforcement officer” yn adran 235(1)(b) o Ddeddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009.
