1. These Regulations may be cited as the UK Statistics (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021 and come into force on the 22nd day after the day on which they are laid.

7.—(1) The legislation set out in Schedule 1, so far as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of section 3(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018(6), is revoked.
(2) The points in Annex XXI to the EEA agreement, as it forms part of domestic law, set out in Schedule 2 are omitted.
(3) Notwithstanding the revocation of Council Regulation (EC) No 2223/96, the reference to paragraph 2.48 of Annex A to that Regulation in section 17(3B)(a) (power to obtain information) of the Bank of England Act 1998(7) is to be read as reference to that paragraph as it had effect immediately before the Regulation was revoked.
